The civil application has been preferred for recall of order dated 08th October, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) thereby rejecting the registration for non removal of office objections.

By order of 01st February, 2023, this Court has allowed the civil application and directed removal of office objections within a period of two (02) weeks. Office noting shows that the papers of the petition are destroyed as per Chapter XV Rule 3 (A) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rule, 1960.

Let the papers be reconstructed by the applicant within a
