Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 12.10.2022 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Jalna in M.C.A. No.23 of 2019. This Court granted interim order on 29.03.2023.

Both the counsels submit that as the suit is of the year 2017, therefore, it is desirable to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the same within a reasonable period by continuing the order passed by this Court on 29.03.2023.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the suit within a period of six months from today. The interim order passed by this Court on 29.03.2023 to continue till the decision of suit.
