By filing this petition, the petitioners have challenged part of the order dated 12.7.2016, which imposes condition of furnishing of bank guarantee for Rs.70,00,000/- of any nationalized. Petitioners do not wish to approach the Executing Court, seeking modification of this condition. The interest of both the sides is required to be secured and therefore, I do not see any perversity or patent illegality in the condition so imposed. There is no merit in this petition. Petition is dismissed. No costs.
