This application is filed in disposed of first appeal. The applicant No. 1 deceased Dadarao along with others were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court while deciding the first appeal. Before withdrawing the amount applicant No. 1 died.

The respondent No. 1 is already served, but nobody caused appearance on its behalf. Though the respondent No. 2 is reported to be dead, he is not necessary party being owner of the vehicle.

The applicant Nos. 2 to 6 shown in the title clause of this application are the legal heirs. They are stepping in the shoes of the deceased applicant No. 1. They are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with interest. The civil application is disposed of.
