Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30-03-2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
