In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, the appeal would now be within the realm of District Court, Jalgaon. As such, the appeal is transferred to the District Court, Jalgaon. The office shall take immediate steps to transfer the matter.

For a period of one month from today the parties shall

2 ao 24.14 maintain status quo as on today, so as to enable the appellant to file appropriate application before the District Court, which application would be considered by the District Court on its own merits.

Needless to state on lapse of one month period, status quo granted by this Court shall come to an end.
