Learned Counsel Mr. Satyajit Bora submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent no.6. Learned Counsel Shri N.V.Gaware is appearing for remaining respondents. 2.

Though learned Counsel appearing for respondents have opposed for condonation of delay, submitting that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient to condone the delay, for the reasons stated in the application which, according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused of 46 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned. Civil Application for condonation of delay stands disposed of. 3.
