The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe) with incorrect spelling. The petitioner has applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner has also filed online application.

In the light of above, we pass following order. 3.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling with the respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 on receipt of the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling shall confirm the genuineness of the same and thereafter issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks.
