The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No.164 of 2014 presently pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad. Both sides are heard.

The submissions made show that the applicant, wife is a resident of Kinwat and she is required to come to Aurangabad after traveling a distance of more than 250 Kms. She is house wife. It is submitted that she is having a son aged about 5 years and so she is facing problems as she has no source. Every time she is required to take male person as attendant for coming to

-:(2):- Aurangabad. In view of this, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that she is not in a position to contest the matter effectively.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondent submitted that the husband is dumb though he is serving as Clerk in Government Printing Press. He submits that the husband will face difficulty going to Nanded to prosecute the matter.

In view of the aforesaid contentions and to see that the wife is able to contest the matter effectively, which is filed for divorce, that the matter nee3ds to be transferred to the Court at Nanded.

In the result, the application is allowed. The aforesaid H.M.P. No.164 of 2014 is withdrawn from the present Court and transferred to the Family Court at Nanded.

Parties to appear before the Family Court at Nanded on 25th September, 2015.
