The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the Committee for more than ten years. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that the petitioner may appear before the Committee in the last week of February 2020 and the Committee would decide the said proceedings expeditiously. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.2 - Committee on 20.2.2020. The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
