We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In paragraph No.2 of the present petition, the statement is made that the petitioner is elected from General category as a Member of Grampanchayat Nanegaon.

The petitioner claims to have contested the election from General category. The post of Sarpanch for the village Dawalwadi is reserved for General category. The petitioner cannot be said to be aggrieved or affected person. The right of the petitioner is in personam and not in rem.
