1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents. The learned counsel for the applicants submits the applicants have deposited the entire amount before the Reference Court, as per the judgment and order in LARs passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon, hence, requested to stay the judgment and order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the applicants have

4016.22CA+ deposited the entire amount before the Reference Court, as per the judgment and order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the Reference Court, hence, the effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the Reference Court in LARs is stayed till the disposal of the Appeals.
