By this application, the applicants want to replace the surety bond by withdrawing the previous surety bond in respect of withdrawal of 25% of deposited compensation amount as ordered by this court on 20/01/2017. The applicants have also produced on record fresh solvency of Shri Jayshri Balbhim Gurav issued by Tahsildar, Umarga on 05/01/2023.

The learned AGP is not having any strong objection for such replacement.

As such the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.
