At the outset, the learned Advocate for the petitioner states that he will prefer revision application. However, the delay caused in preferring the same is mainly occurred due to pendency of this petition. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file revision application before the Trial Court. 2.

Permission granted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file it before the learned Sessions Court. The learned Trial Court to consider the application for condonation of delay in view of the pendency of writ petition before this Court. khs/Oct.2025/208
