The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2011. The petitioner has already filed his say to the vigilance report.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case, the validation proceedings is pending with the respondent No.2 / committee, then the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.03.2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
