Heard both the sides.

The petitioner/management which is a Minority Institute, is seeking sanction to the staffing pattern.

Keeping aside anything else, it appears that by the communication dated 15.03.2019, the Department of School Education and Sports of the State of Maharashtra has directed the Director of Education (Primary) to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's proposal.

Without expressing anything about the petitioner's entitlement or otherwise, it is expected of the Director of Education (Primary) to have taken prompt decision pursuant to the direction of the State Government, in the communication dated 15.03.2019 (Exhibit-J). 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2/ Director of Education (Primary) to take appropriate decision in accordance with law and policy of the State Government on the communication dated 15.03.2019 (Exhibit-J) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
