I do not find any substance in this civil application. Civil application has been filed for restoration of writ petition after a period of 19 years and 170 days. Learned counsel submits that the earlier civil application seeking restoration of the writ petition came to be dismissed in default on 03.09.2007. It has been stated in para no.7 of the application that delay has occurred due to non-availability of the information regarding legal heirs of respondent no.2. However, that cannot be a ground for not filing civil application within time.

I do not find any satisfactory reason to restore the writ petition after such a long period. Civil application is rejected accordingly. No costs.

Since this civil application is rejected, civil application filed for bringing legal heirs would be meaningless. The same is also disposed of.
