The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is entitled for grant in aid.

We have heard learned AGP also.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this Court vide order dated 21st January, 2015, in group of writ petitions, has allowed the Petitioners to apply afresh.

In light of that, we also adopt same course and pass the following order:

I.

If there is any policy presently in force, to grant aid to the education institutions, then the Petitioner is free to apply in terms of the existing policy and seek the same relief as is sought in the present writ petition.
