The Petitioner was before us also in an earlier Writ Petition bearing no.7321/2023 for challenging the same order dated 27.05.2023 which is challenged before us in paragraph A and B. The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that this is impermissible. The Petitioner is indulging in chance litigation. Earlier also, he had challenged the order dated 27.05.2023 and today, in this new petition, he is again challenging the same order. 2.

Having heard the learned advocate for the respective sides, we have gone through the petition paper book and more particularly the impugned

( 2 ) 922 wp 1487.24 order dated 27.05.2023 and the order of this Court dated 14.12.2023 in Writ Petition No.7321/2023.

Since the same order has been challenged, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain this petition in view of the earlier order passed by this Court on 14.12.2023, which was six weeks prior to the lodging of this petition. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with costs. The learned advocate for the Petitioner would donate an amount of Rs. 1,000/- with the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
