The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication of the Education Officer, Secondary dated 30.12.2024 refusing to grant approval to his appointment as a 'Shikshan Sevak'. 2.

In the light of the mechanism provided for under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the remedy available to him in law. If any such appeal is preferred within 2 weeks, it shall not be refused to be heard on the ground that it is filed beyond the period of khs/Feb.2025/1560
