1. Mrs. Kulkarni, learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed revision before the State Government against the order of the Commissioner, in the year 2012. The petitioner is seeking limited relief, till revision is decided mutation entry should not be changed.

We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner has filed revision before the State Government. In the light of that, the petitioner can prosecute stay application before the State authority. The petitioner is at liberty to prosecute stay application filed before the State - authority. The concerned authority shall pass orders on stay application on its own
