By this appeal under Order 43 Rule 1-R of CPC, appellant is challenging rejection of application for injunction by the learned District Judge in appeal. 2.

Learned Counsels appearing for the parties make joint request that appeal is pending before the learned District Judge, Beed and it be directed to be decided within a time bound frame as same is ready for hearing. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that his purpose would be served if R.C.A. No.102 of 2013 is directed to be decided expeditiously. Hence, order :-

Appeal stands disposed of with direction to the learned District Judge, Beed to decide RCA No.102 of 2013 within a period of seven months from the date of communication of this order.
