Last opportunity is granted to the appellants to take steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In the event, the appellants fails to take steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 2, the appeal is

However, even today, the learned counsel for the appellants is absent and has not taken any steps as regards the deceased respondents no.1 and 2.

In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed against the deceased respondents no.1 and 2.

Since, there are only two respondents in the matter, the present appeal from order is also dismissed for non prosecution. Pending civil application is disposed of.
