1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.386/2025, the same is allowed. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant in ABA No.38/2025, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for Assist to P.P.

3] The applicant in ABA No.38/2025 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime

38.25ABA No. 288/2024, registered with Himayatnagar Police Station, Tq. Himayatnagar, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Section 118 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4] The allegation against the applicant is that while the informant was on duty at that time the applicant suddenly came from backside and assaulted the informant by iron rod on his head, back and shoulder and caused injuries to the informant.

5] Prima facie, there is dispute between the applicant and the informant as regards salary. However, the injuries caused to the informant are grievous in nature and the same are on the vital part. This is not a case to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant. Hence, the present Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed. 6] It is clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations of this Court while deciding regular bail or at trial.
