Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, at present seeks deletion of the prayer clauses (B) and (C) with liberty to file proper application, if so desired. So far as the prayer clause (A) of the application, wherein addition is sought against the persons named in para 3 of the application, learned counsel appearing for those three persons named in para 3, on instructions, submits that they are the purchasers and they have no objection if they are impleaded as party respondents in the Writ petition. 2.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated
