Mr. Kanade, the learned advocate for petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given application to the Tahsildar and Sub Divisional Officer for regularization of encroachment on gayaran land as per Government Resolution dated 12th July, 2011. Same is not yet decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

It appears that the representation is already given by the petitioner. The Collector Aurangabad under communication

2 wp 6614.19 dated 12.06.2013 had informed the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad to re-enquire into the matter and submit the report to the Collector. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, thereafter the Sub Divisional Officer has not yet submitted the report to the Collector.

In case the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad has not submitted report to the Collector, Aurangabad pursuant to communication dated 12.06.2013 (Exhibit -A page Nos. 10, 11 and 12), then the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad shall submit the report to the Collector, Aurangabad expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today and thereafter the Collector, Aurangabad may take appropriate decision.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
