We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners 2.

The learned counsel submits that the Director of Technical Education has not properly appreciated the order of this Court and though has decided that the petitioners are entitled for the payment of arrears as per the 6th pay commission, no further orders are passed by him directing the management to make the payment.

The order of this Court dated 04.03.2019 in Writ Petition No. 715 of 2016 directs the parties to appear before the Director of Technical Education and the Director of Technical Education to take decision within a period of one (01) month. The Director of Technical Education has done his job. He has decided the claim. The order on the part of the Director of Technical Education is complied with. 4.
