The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disqualification proceedings against respondent No. 5 are filed by the petitioner. The Collector be directed to decide it within the stipulated time.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the matter is being delayed at the behest of the petitioner. He had agreed to measure the land. He has not yet conducted the measurement and for that the matter is required to adjourn.

In the light of the above, no further directions would be issued in the present writ petition at present.

It is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the orders which according to the petitioner are erroneous. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
