Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 429 days in filing Civil Revision Application. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that initially writ petition w as filed and it was thereafter converted into Civil Revision Application, and therefore, the delay has been caused.

The learned Counsel for the respondent raised objection mentioning that applicants were negligent about their own rights.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to Library, Advocates' Association of High Court of
