Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Learned Counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1421 of 2015 submits that during the pendency of this petition, provisional approval is granted to the petitioner and

( 2 ) wp1421.15 petitioner is also receiving salary. In Writ Petition No. 9613 of 2014 the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the School Tribunal in Appeal No.1 of 2014 dated 30.08.2014. As per Appellate Side Rules, said petition would lie before the Bench presided over by learned Single Judge.

Since the provisional approval is granted to the service of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1421 of 2015 and even salary is disbursed, this petition stands disposed of. However, we make it clear that provisional approval granted to the service of the petitioner and further disbursement of salary would be subject to outcome of Writ Petition No. 9613 of 2014.

Registry to place Writ Petition No. 9316 of 2014 before the Bench presided over by learned Single Judge assigned with writ petitions pertaining to year 2014. 4.

Writ petition No. 1421 of 2015 accordingly stands disposed of.
