The applicants have filed this application to transfer the proceedings of P.W.D.V. Application No. 242 of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad to the Family Court, Aurangabad wherein Petition E.R. - 17 OF 2023 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 4 of 2023 and E.R. - 111 of 2024 are pending, for which learned counsel for the respondents has given no objection. 2.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection given by learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it appropriate to transfer the matter to the Family Court, Aurangabad. Apart from that, in my view, it would be appropriate to try and entertain the matter between the parties by the same judge, before whom the aforesaid matters of the parties are pending.
