DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- Heard Shri Barde, learned advocate for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is the tenant of respondent No.6. The petitioner is running his hospital. The petitioner has filed the civil suit for injunction against the present respondents. The said suit is pending since the year 2018. The learned advocate alternatively submits that the petitioner be given reasonable time to vacate as the self owned building of the petitioner to run the hospital is coming up. We have heard the learned AGP.

The petitioner has filed the civil suit against the Bank and the authorities i.e. present respondents. The same is pending. In view of that,

*2* 36wp1825o20 it would not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner may seek reliefs before the Civil Court and naturally, the Civil Court shall consider the application filed by the petitioner including the application seeking some reasonable time, on its own merits. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.

With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
