Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2007. The vigilance is also conducted, however, same is not decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, then the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13.02.2020.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
