Vide order dated 30.03.2015 this Court directed the petitioner to deposit Rs. 50,000/- towards security by way of cost or otherwise and also to test the bonafides, as it is averred that the petition is filed as public interest litigation. The amount was not deposited. On 13.04.2015 time was extended by one week at the request of the petitioner.

The amount is not yet deposited. The petition is filed in the year 2007.

Considering all the aforesaid aspects of the matter, it appears that, the petitioner is not interested in the writ petition.
