The petitioner is aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 12.8.1999 passed by the Industrial Court, below applications - Exhibits U/12, U/14 and U/15 in Complaint (ULP) No.445 of 1996. 2.

None appeared for the petitioner on 8.5.2017, 11.5.2017 as well as today.

This Court by order dated 21.2.2000 had admitted this petition and had stayed the impugned interlocutory order dated 12.8.1999. The said interim relief continues for the past 17 years. 4.

In the light of the above and despite the strenuous efforts of Shri Bedre, learned Advocate for the respondent in supporting the impugned order, this petition is partly allowed. The interim relief granted by this akl/d

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - WRIT PETITION NO. 581 OF 2000 Court would continue till 28.2.2018. The Industrial Court, Ahmednagar shall decide Complaint (ULP) No. 445 of 1995, if not already decided, on/or before 28.2.2018 on it's own merits and without being influenced by any interlocutory orders passed by the said Court in the said complaint. Needless to state, the interim order passed by this Court would merge in the final judgment of the Industrial Court. 5.

Rule is made partly absolute.
