Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that within a day or two, the committee would receive the Vigilance Report. 2.

Considering the statement made, we pass the following orderORDER I] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 28th February, 2018.

2 cp 100.18 II] On the said date, the petitioner shall be given the copy of the Vigilance Report.

III] Within eight (8) days thereafter, the petitioner shall file his say to the Vigilance Report.

IV] Within two (2) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner, the committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste / tribe claim of the petitioner.

With these observations, we dispose of the contempt petition.
