1) Notice. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice.

2) The learned counsel for the appellants is heard for admission purpose. The appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2 Appeal 116/2015 3) Criminal Application No.625 of 2015 is filed for suspension of substantial sentence as against original accused Nos.2 to 7. These appellants are sentenced to imprisonment of six months and three months. Learned counsel submitted that their substantive sentence is suspended by the trial Court. Fine amount is deposited by them. In view of these circumstances Criminal Application No.625 of 2015 is allowed. Substantive sentence of the applicants is suspended. They are to be released on bail on their furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/- by each of them.

4) Criminal Application No.626 of 2015 will be heard on 16th February 2015. Call record & proceedings. Hamdust allowed.
