Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents.

Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that proposal in respect of the petitioners has been forwarded by the Management for grant of ACPS benefits to respondent No.4 on 21.01.2017. No decision is taken by respondent No. 4 as yet. Learned AGP states that the said proposal is forwarded just recently.

Considering the above, we pass following order:

O R D E R

(1) Respondent No.4 shall take decision upon the proposal submitted to it in respect of grant of ACPS 1/2

44.odt benefits to the petitioners on completion of 12 years (Exh. B), on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months. (2) As per Rules, if required, respondent No.4 shall forward the proposal to respondent No.3, expeditiously, preferably within three months. On receipt of the same, respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months thereafter.

(3) Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
