On perusal of record, it appears that on 27.01.2022 the present revision application has been filed challenging the order dated 14.01.2022 passed by the learned Family Court, Jalna in Petition E-48/2019 (Old M.A. No.663/2016), whereby the marriage between the petitioner/husband and respondent/wife solemnized on 16.06.2014 was declared null and void ab initio.

On 08.05.2025, when the matter was called out none appeared on behalf of the applicant. So also, today when the matter is called out none appeared on behalf of the applicant which shows that the applicant has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
