Heard Mr. Chate, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is assailing the order dated 25.03.2020 thereby cancelling the administrative sanction accorded except in respect of 8 works. The learned Counsel submits that the Respondents ought to have carried out entire work as per the administrative sanction. It is only because change of the political scenario the impugned order is passed. The Petitioner has given representation to the Authorities.

The Administrative Sanction was granted on 13.09.2019 for 14 works and for an amount of Rs.2,15,28,000/-. Out of those 14 works, work order was issued in respect of 8 works. The works for which the work orders were issued have been continued and they are directed to be completed. The remaining 6 works only would be a matter of question. After lapse of 21⁄2 years the amount would undergo change. In view of that, it will not be possible to issue positive direction to the Respondents / Authorities.

If the Petitioner so chooses to, the Petitioner may prosecute his representation with the Authority.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
