The Applicant prays for issuance of fresh notice to the unserved Respondents. It is stated that he will get the notice published in Marathi daily "Sakal", Latur edition.

As such, this Civil Application No.2747/2019 is allowed. Issue fresh notice to the unserved Respondents in Civil Application No.2572/2018 returnable on 22.03.2019. The Applicant shall publish the notice in Marathi daily "Sakal", Latur edition at least 15 days prior to the returnable date in the matter. Copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record before the returnable date.
