1) The application is filed to bring legal representatives of sole appellant on the record. It appears that the appeal was filed in the year 2002 but due to non compliance of the orders made to bring legal representatives on the record, the matter was dismissed. Then it was restored. Due to this circumstance delay is

caused in bringing legal representatives of sole appellant on the record.

2) Learned counsel for the appellant is heard. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to the applicants to come on the record as legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Amendment to be carried out immediately in the appeal memo.
