Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Similarly situated co-accused has been released on bail. Similarly situated co-accused has undertaken to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- in two weeks. Besides this undertaking, the material investigation has been completed. Therefore, she may be released on bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant NIVEDITA W/O. DEEPAK RODE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of

34-BA.224-23.odt Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.194 of 2022, registered by Police Station Udgir City, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 3 of M.P.I.D. Act, on the condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.5,00,000/- with the Trial Court within two (2) weeks from today. Unless, she deposit the said amount, she should not be released on bail.

Deposit of the money is a condition precedent. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
