ORDER

Learned AGP for the appellant submits that the Special Land Acquisition Officer granted compensation Rs.60,819/- per Are, while the reference Court awarded compensation of Rs.1,28,000/- Are.

On the instructions from Mr.Brijesh Patil, SubDivisional Officer, Land Acquisition Officer, who is present in the Court, learned AGP submits that the First Appeal may be disposed of in view of the fact that the compensation awarded is within the limits of the four times as per the G.R. dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

Mr.C.K.Sonawane, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents/claimants has no objection.

In view of the above, the First Appeals is disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
