It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that the grievance raised in the instant petition is no longer res integra and is covered by the judgment delivered by this Court on 16.12.2014 in Writ Petition No.6116/2014 and other companion matters.

In light of that and for the reasons recorded in the order dated 16.12.2014 in Writ petition No. 6116/2014 and other companion matters, the respondents shall accord benefits to the petitioner of two advance increments as per Government Resolutions dated 31.08.2009 and 25.01.2017. The benefits shall be given within a period of six months from today.
