The petitioner and respondents No. 1 and 2 have amicably settled the matter and have filed compromise terms, which is marked 'X' for identification.

The terms of settlement are signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The parties are present before the Court, they are identified by their advocates. They accept the compromise.

As per the compromise terms the petitioner has waived her right to the salary and monetary benefits and has agreed to accept pensionary benefits. Respondents No. 1 and 2 have agreed to forward pension proposal of the petitioner to respondent No. 3/Education Officer.
