At this stage, we are inclined to entertain the relief claimed in terms of prayer clause "B". Accordingly, we direct Respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 9th March, 2017 (Exhibit "B"/Page 29), if already not decided, in accordance with law and after

1372.18WP following the relevant procedure including adhering to the principles of natural justice and keeping in view the remedies available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, or any other relevant Act/Rules, as early as possible, and preferably within three months from today.
