Present civil application is filed by the legal heirs of sole petitioner. The petitioner Ramling Namdeorao Mohite has expired on 24.02.2022 leaving behind two legal heirs. Therefore, the present civil application has been filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record. There is delay of 940 days in filing the present civil application.

So far as the grounds of delay is concerned, the applicants have stated in para No. 4 of the application that the applicants have recently received communication from their Advocate seeking instructions in the matter and that was the first time, the applicants got the knowledge of the present proceedings. Therefore, they have contacted their Advocate and collected the required

Considering the satisfactory explanation given by the applicants, present civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.

Petitioner to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks.

Civil application stands disposed of.
