Heard Mr. Sontakke, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Sonwane, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Chief Executive Officer. 2.

The order of suspension is passed by the Block Development Officer. In such case, as per Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1964, the appeal would lie before the respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer.
