1] The applicants have moved this application seeking condonation of 84 days delay in filing revision application for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants - accused and the counsel representing the respondent no.2.

365.20Appln.odt 3] On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of unchallenged and uncontroverted pleadings made in the application for condonation of delay, I am of the view that delay deserves to be condoned. No prejudice would be caused to the other-side if delay is condoned. If delay is not condoned, there is every likelihood that a meritorious matter may be rejected for technical reason. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Delay condoned. Revision application be registered.
